Yeah, I've noticed that when I slack on posting it's usually because I'm eating badly. On a more positive note I went to the farmer's market this morning and got TONS of good food.
Breakfast: Blueberry oatcakes, 3 strips bacon, coffee

Lunch/Snack: ~ 2 oz CF cajun beef jerky, chips and onion dip, 12 oz Miller Lite
Dinner: Deluxe pizza
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, lots of walking. At last check I was over 7 miles for the day and I'm still likely to do a little around the house before bedtime.

Breakfast: 2 Mcdonalds bacon, egg and cheese biscuits (one w/o bacon), coffee
Lunch: 2 Taco Bell chicken burritos, steak chalupa
Dinner: Italian sub, garlic cheese bread
Snack: Chips and onion dip
Exercise: About a mile in the morning, a nice little walk. Didn't jog, lower back tightness.

Breakfast: 2 slices sharp cheddar cheese, coffee
Lunch: 2 double cheeseburgers, fries
Dinner: Little Caesars pepperoni pizza
Exercise: Quick AM walk, about 3/4 of a mile. Jogged 2.5 blocks.
