Close, Not So Close

Felt good in the morning, felt hungry by dinner time.

Breakfast:  1 oz hard salami, 2 slices Kraft big slice sharp cheddar, coffee

I took a picture of this but it's not worth posting.

Lunch:  Western omelet with 2 slices rye toast, coffee

Ugh, toast had some kind of vegetable oil spread on it and they used cooking spray when doing the omelet.  I've really become sensitive to those things and don't enjoy the taste at all.  Give me butter, real butter.

Dinner:  Domino's pizza pepperoni, bacon and onion

Hungry.  Did I mention hungry?

Snack:  2 leftover oatcakes

Exercise:  Morning walk, about 1.2 miles.
