Day 66
Rough day today. Sleep deprived. Ran out of gas mid-afternoon.
Breakfast: ~ 2 oz ham
Lunch: 9 frozen meatballs, 2.4 oz Kraft sharp cheddar, Jif peanut butter cup
Dinner: Taco salad, spicy pork
Snack: Way too much popcorn
Yeah, FAIL. I'm ticked off about the popcorn. At least it's gone. No more of that. I don't know why but I was legit hungry today after not having any meaningful issues in weeks. It may be the laxness in food choices, it could be the lack of sleep, it could be many things. But it's not good.
I'm going to bed. Tomorrow will be a better day.
