Day 63
Another busy Monday. Didn't get enough sleep last night so determined to crash early tonight. Very standard fare on the eating front, this is the good stuff:
Breakfast: ~ 3 oz ham
Lunch: 9 Rosarita frozen meatballs, ~ 2 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese
Dinner: Taco salad, spicy pork
Dessert: NSA rice pudding cup
I meant to have some V-8 with lunch and just plain forgot. I have also considered having a banana - even though so very high in carbs, I'm thinking about having a couple a week in hopes of keeping the night cramps away.
March days with meaningful exercise: 5.
Barely made it today but I figure spending a couple hours hoofing around big box stores is sufficient. I'm tired and my shoulder aches.
