Day 80
Super busy, no time to eat. Or post.
Breakfast: ~ 3 oz ham
Lunch: None
Dinner: 3 Johnsonville beef brats, ~ 2 oz extra sharp cheddar
Dessert: NSA rice pudding cup
Woefully short on vegetables and fruits today as well. This is not OK. Going to clean out the fridge and get to the store this weekend. I went tonight but only grabbed some better ham, pudding cups and some ground beef in case I can grill again tomorrow.
No exercise, another thing to get back on track ASAP. There just aren't enough hours in the day right now.
