Standard. It's late, will probably format later.

Breakfast: ~ 3 oz ham

Lunch: 3 egg omelet with bacon, avacado, cream cheese. 2 sausage patties. Coffee

Dinner: Taco salad, spicy pork

Dessert: NSA rice pudding cup

No meaningful exercise, at work until midnight.
