Eat Your Stress

The end of a most unreal week.  No focus.  Looking forward to a weekend of staying at home which should mean better eating though it may involve drinking.

Breakfast:  TB sausage cruchwrap, coffee

Lunch:  CFA spicy chicken sandwich x2, mac and cheese

Dinner:  Bacon cheeseburger pizza


Exercise:  LOL no
