Yes Virginia Pizza Makes You Fatter

Really short on inspiration this week.

Breakfast:  1 oz salami, coffee

Lunch:  Farmer's breakfast with less potato, 3 strips bacon

I couldn't finish it today.

Dinner:  Pizza with ham, pepperoni and onion

So much onion.  Wow.

Exercise:  Nope.
