Motiviation and focus still lacking. Another FAIL of a day.
Breakfast: 1 oz salami, coffee
Lunch: 2 eggs over medium, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, 2 slices raisin toast
Snack: McD double cheeseburger
Dinner: Dominos bacon, beef, onion brooklyn style pizza
Exercise: Nope.
