Woke up really early and never really got it going today.  Tired.  And I cracked come dinnertime.

Breakfast:  GOAT, coffee

Lunch:  Wendy's daves double, no bun, just meat and cheese

Dinner:  12" pepperoni bacon pizza

Exercise:  18 holes with cart
