More Badder

I need to get to the grocery store and do some planning and prepping.

Breakfast:  3 McD breakfast burritos, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba brisket bowl

Dinner:  2 Culvers double deluxe, short mint shake

Also:  Some pretzels/peanut butter pretzels

Exercise:  45 minutes arms and core stuff, solid go.
