Felt awful and went in very late this morning.

Breakfast:  Some club crackers

Lunch:  Wendy's double, fries, medium natural lemonade

Dinner:  Dominos thin pepperoni, ham, jalapeno, a little lemonade

Also:  Milk and vanilla ice cream as a shake

Exercise:  Nope.
