Sigh.

Breakfast:  TB sausage crunchwrap, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken bowl with chips

Dinner:  Pasta with tomato sauce, bread, salad with ranch, cheesecake, 36 oz Miller Lite

Also:  32 oz grape powerade, some pretzels

Exercise:  9 holes with cart, 40 minutes legs and core
