Just The Usual Fail With a Side of More Fail

Breakfast:  TB sausage crunchwrap, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken bowl with chips

Dinner:  Dominos pan pepperoni bacon pizza, 32 oz grape Powerade

Also:  a little chocolate ice cream.

Exercise:  40 minutes shoulders and arms and back
