Breakfast:  TH sausage wrap, double chocolate donut, coffee

Lunch:  TB triple double crunchwrap, lemonade

Also: a chocolate dipped pretzel, 2 wafer cookies

Dinner:  Culvers bacon double, fries

And:  12 oz Perrin grapefruit IPA

Exercise:  35 minutes arms and core.  Fast and hard.
