Breakfast: TB sausage cruchwrap plus jalapenos, coffee
Lunch: Qdoba chicken bowl with chips
Dinner: Breakfast burrito (large), 12 oz Miller Lite, slice of cheesecake.
Also: 32 oz Grape powerade
Exercise: 40 minutes shoulders, arms, back. 9 holes with cart
