Breakfast:  McD sausage biscuit, coffee, Panera bagel with veggie cream cheese

Lunch:  Small plate of pasta w red sauce, bread, 12 oz Miller Lite

Dinner:  large ham, salami and cheese sub, salad with ranch

Exercise:  18 holes with cart
