Breakfast:  McD sausage biscuit, coffee

Lunch:  Crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap, some potato wedges with ketchup, 12 oz Miller Lite

Snack:  Frito Lay cheese snack mix, 32 oz grape powerade

Dinner:  Pepperoni bacon pizza

Also:  A little choc ice cream

Exercise:  18 holes with cart
