Another unsuccessful day on the food and exercise front. Reset coming this weekend.
Breakfast: 2 slices Sargento sharp cheddar, coffee
Again.
Lunch: CFA spicy w pepperjack, fries, 2 strips, diet lemonade
Not bad, just bad for me.
Dinner: Restaurant mushroom swiss burger, fries, 16 oz Mich Ultra
Also no bakes, Lays kettle jalapeno chips
Exercise: Nope
