Yesterday was a halfway decent day. Other than cheese popcorn, I ate what I had planned. And frankly I wasn't all that upset about the extra, not that many calories just too many carbs.
Also managed to get rid of a little water. Not quite an open floodgate, but the scale was down this morning reversing the last few days.
Today won't be as effective, as I'm having some work done on my car. Which probably means a delivered sandwich for lunch. Oh well.
Breakfast: 2 slices Meijer extra sharp cheddar, Meijer chicken bone broth
It was a broth kind of morning. The Meijer brand was okay, but not as good as whatever kind I had previously, probably Pacific.
Lunch: Jimmy Johns #9, chips, light lemonade
Pretty good, toasting sure makes a difference. As usual with takeout though I wanted to keep eating.
Dinner: Cheeseburger, fries w ketchup
Very good burger and fries from the local 5G knockoff.
Also cheese popcorn.
Exercise: Nope.
