Make It Routine Already

Did better on the sleep front last night, was prepared when the sleepiness hit about 10:00.  Not sure exactly what time I woke up, it was probably around 5:00, but I didn't get great sleep after that.  In and out until the alarm went off at 7:00.

Scale minimum up which was not a surprise, felt less lean.  Also ate and drank too many extras yesterday.  Other numbers good.

Also, I have already referred to things being on Friday (instead of "tomorrow") twice today so it's pretty clear I'm not caught up.  I'll be thrilled when the weekend does get here.

Breakfast:  3 slices Sargento smokehouse cheddar, orange juice, coffee

 


Ate the odd slice since I had questions about whether lunch was going to work.

Lunch:  Ferris cherries berries and nuts with dark chocolate

 


I had planned on a package of CF jerky (pictured with breakfast, actually) but it was evident when I opened it that the seal had failed, it was dried out and inedible.  Didn't have time to go home, so I scrounged around at work mid-afternoon and found an unopened package of (more or less) fancy trail mix from a Christmas gift box.  Very tasty, but not exactly ideal.  I think it will hold me until dinner.

Dinner:  Spaghetti, 12 oz Miller Lite

 


Round two.  Same as last night in all respects other than fewer noodles.  Very tasty again.

 


And the capper, chocolate chip peanut cookies and 2% milk. 

Exercise:  Nope.

Dollars Spent / Remaining:  $ 0.00 / $ 22.24

No change.  Still stunned by how slowly the credit card balances increase when you're not buying things, food in particular.  I should have done this challenge years ago.
