Well that was ... pleasant? Lengthy? Semi-satisfactory? Lots of words, none of which seem to fit perfectly. I crawled into bed at 8:15 last evening, though I did not go to sleep for a while. I dragged myself out of the recliner after 7:30 this morning, so almost twelve hours later. I doubt that I got more than five or six hours of high quality sleep -- I woke up a lot while in bed and didn't really get much sleep after I moved to the recliner about 3:30. But it was relaxing. Somewhat restful. We'll see how the day goes.
Last day of July, which has been an unmitigated disaster on all fronts. Better get going.
Breakfast: 2 slices pepper jack, coffee
Again.
Lunch: NR pepperoni and cheddar on english muffin, chips and onion dip
Eating some on hand stuff.
Dinner: Qdoba brisket bowl, CFA 5pc nugget, brownie, coke
And some not on hand stuff.
