Those Few Bad Things

Still have too many bad habits.  I need to shake them.  No doubt it would be simpler if I applied a simple, disciplined low carb approach.  It's an excuse, no doubt, but life sure makes that difficult.

Scale was predictably up - I need to add some salt and vinegar chips to yesterday, had a few of those when I got home.  I'm still annoyed that I reached for the Pepsi to fix a crash and even MORE annoyed that it worked exactly as expected.  That's a train that I'd like to get off but man I sure don't like going through the lows. 

Anyway, another day closer to a holiday weekend.  Let's get to it.

Breakfast:  2 slices pepperjack cheese, coffee

Again.

Lunch:  Breakfast sandwich, salt and vinegar chips

 


Again good.   Gave it an extra minute in the air fryer.  It did not need an extra minute.

Dinner:  BK Texas double whopper

 


Will also have a glass of chocolate milk. 

Exercise:  Nope

Lower That Pressure

The end of another month.  I guess you'd call it successful, weight was down slightly month over month.  It's still very bad, but it has been worse.  And I'm at least a little more optimistic.  No change on the scale overnight, but as long as it's not up, great.

Woke up with a cramp, as soon as another threatened while I was working it out I went for the electrolytes.  Thank goodness for those.  Probably should have gone to them by default but I didn't drink excess water or sweat a lot yesterday.  I guess levels were still off from Sunday which is entirely believable. 

Otherwise really the only thing of note today is that I got the best blood pressure reading in a long time this morning.  I don't think it was in error, either.  We'll see what it looks like tomorrow.  Fingers crossed.

2 eggs, american cheese, NR pepperoni, english muffin w butter.  So good, though I wasn't able to heat it up since I forgot to run the dishwasher.

Pre-golf minimeal:  TB cantina chicken taco, chicken flatbread, Pepsi 

Dinner:  French dip sandwich, 12 oz Miller Lite, Pepsi

 


Standard.  Had a crash after, so I grabbed a Pepsi with lots of ice.  I really need to quit sugar altogether, I do not care for the swings but in this case it did exactly what I expected.
