With Precision

Predicted this morning's weigh-in with precision.  While impressive, also discouraging because it's bad.  I earned it, absolutely -- ate WAY too much yesterday.  And I have been way off for weeks now.  Time to buckle down some, though we're still three weeks away from having a bit more of a life.

It's definitely time, though. Between the lack of sleep and the extra weight I was suffering yesterday.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.  I was actually a little hungry, but being busy makes it easy to ignore that.

Lunch:  Soup, sliced swiss cheese


I did not get around to making mashed potatoes over the weekend, so just soup.  It's better with mash.  But still, this was fine.

Dinner:  5x Mexican style tacos, later caramel pecan clusters


Unsurprisingly I needed extra tacoage.  Had a little bag of junk left from the weekend, cleaned it up.

Exercise:  Nope.  My sleep schedule is all kinds of messed up.  I woke up at 3:00 am yesterday and never went back to sleep, so it was a fantastically long day.  Managed almost seven hours last night, but I'm still way off.
