Need To Make Plans

Time to start making a plan to fix things.  They're bad.

Breakfast:  Meat lovers omelet, hash browns, raisin toast, coffee

Excessive and honestly not that great.

Lunch:  12 oz Miller Lite

Yup.

Dinner:  Chili cheddar dogs, good crisps, coke, donuts, no bake

A whole lotta junk

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, lots of walking, lots of hills.
