It's been quite a week.  Yikes.

At least I have one decent on track meal to my credit.  Going to hit the store tonight, hoping to do better this coming week.

Breakfast:  Panera asiago bagels w cream cheese, coffee

Yup.

Lunch:  Soup, mashed potatoes, 2 slices swiss cheese

Standard.

Dinner:  Subway meatball, cheese balls, coke

Exercise:  Nope.

Lunch:  Pork fried rice, fortune cookie

Dinner:  Pepperoni bacon pizza, 20 oz Coke

Exercise:  Nope.

Breakfast:  Pretzel bagel w cream cheese, coffee

Lunch:  Jimmy Johns ECI, salt and vinegar chips, light lemonade

Dinner:  3x chili cheddar dogs, Coke

Exercise:  Nope.

Breakfast:  Donut, coffee

Lunch:  Pizza slices, chips

Dinner:  Sack of taco bell, root beer

Exercise:  Nope.
