Whew.  Humping all those hills was just enough to overcome the flurry of bad eating.  Barely.  Of course that's not sustainable.  But it is a fine reminder that I need to be more active.

Speaking of reminders, here is one for myself:  The way, when I get there, involves eating at home, cooking from scratch with whole, real ingredients.  Skipping the seed oils and chemicals.  Unplugging from all the negative stuff and spending my time productively.  It's not too late.

Breakfast:  Lazy bagels with Tillamook cream cheese, coffee, a couple leftover donuts


Standard.

Lunch:  3x TB soft tacos, coke

Dinner:  Brats MR, chips, salad no dressing, 12 oz Miller Lite, Oreos and ice cream

Also:  Mcnuggets, sprite

Exercise:   18 holes with cart, average walking or less
