I knew this morning's weigh in was going to be bad, my expectations were that it would be brutal. I drank an enormous quantity of water last night -- too much pizza, too much sodium, just bad. But thankfully I had time to get rid of a bunch of it and for the system to process the other stuff before I weighed in and it wasn't as bad as it could have been. I had serious, serious midsection bloat going on. Ugh.
Really should stop making excuses and just fix it. Now, not in three weeks.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels with Tillamook plain cream cheese, coffee
Standard.
Lunch: 2x McDouble, Coke
Yeah.
Dinner: Steak, mashed potatoes, salad no dressing, 12 oz Miller Lite, chocolate ice cream
Sunday dinners.
Also: Chips and onion dip, McNuggets w sweet and sour, Sprite
FAIL.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, below average walking.
