The minor falls, the major lifts.
Glad it's Wednesday since it feels like a Monday for obvious reasons. Intentionally dozed off in the recliner (contacts out, teeth brushed, all that good stuff) and slept soundly until about 1:30. Moved to the bed for a couple hours then gave up and back to the recliner. Ended up in that state where my brain didn't allow me to sleep but my body was very much in sleep mode. On the to do list for tonight is to get the topper off the mattress, I should have done that days ago.
Breakfast: Home bread and butter, coffee
Yup.
Lunch: McD 2x QPC, McChicken
Out running errands.
Dinner: Ham salami and cheese sub, garlic cheese bread w pizza sauce, rice krispie treats, a glass of chocolate milk
Fat.
Exercise: Nope

Getting close, I think, to committing to improvements. It's pretty late to do so before my surgery, but I could stand to do at least a little better, then really kick it in. That doesn't include just diet and exercise, it includes sleep, losing social media, maybe I can even get rid of TV. We'll see about that one. Lots of better things I could do to fill the time.
Breakfast: Standard pre-golf breakfast out
Fast and very good today.
Lunch: 16 oz Mich Ultra draft, Masa chips with guac, ice cream sandwiches
Grazing.
Dinner: Dominos thin pep ham, parm bread bites
Ugh. Ate WAY too much. Awful.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart. A little extra walking, not much.
