I had something inspiring to put, but since that idea came when I woke up at 1:30, it should not be too surprising that I forgot it. Happily I did manage to eventually go back to sleep and got a few more hours.
Felt pretty good yesterday, really the best I've felt in a while. Got more done as a result. We'll see how today goes.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels with cream cheese, coffee
As usual very tasty but no satiety.
Lunch: Leftover deluxe pizza
Excessive.
Dinner: American goulash, garlic bread, salad no dressing. 2x snickers ice cream bar
As usual ate too much although not horribly so.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, did a fair amount of extra walking. I am now very tired.
