Abject Failure Sleep Department

Sigh.  It seemed like a good idea in my head - maybe if I threw the mattress topper back on the softer surface might allow for more comfort and just maybe a decent night of sleep?  Answer:  NOPE.  Instead I was restless and ended up waking at 3:30 in a fair amount of pain.  Sigh.  Best sleep I got was 45 minutes in the recliner.  Had to get up early.

Breakfast:  Standard pre-golf breakfast out



Yup.  Good as usual.

Lunch:  12 oz Miller Lite

No food until dinner.

Dinner:  Deluxe pizza, a few leftover sour cream and onion chips, butter pecan ice cream



Tasty.

Exercise:  27 holes with cart.  Some walking.  Overall the back held up far better than I would have expected, especially as of about 3:30 am.

Apparently I forgot to do this.  Oops.

Breakfast:  Home bread and butter, coffee


Yup.

Lunch:  Meatloaf sandwich, fries

Yum.

Dinner:  Jersey Mike's #56, Nice sour cream and onion chips, butter pecan ice cream

Super excessive.

Exercise:  Nope.
