Starting to get nervous. Not looking forward to this, not at all. But it needs to happen. I've been so noticably fatigued that I've gotten a couple comments. I'm sure it doesn't help that I wake up in the 3:00 am hour every night now and if I'm lucky get back to sleep for an hour or two after 5:00. No stamina at work, no pep in the personal life. Sad.
Breakfast: Peanut butter sandwich, coffee
Had to buy a loaf of local bakery french (clean) bread. Hope to make and bake a couple loaves for the freezer but we'll see.
Lunch: Home ham and cheese subs
Day two of three. Again tasty, again excessive.
Pregolf snack of a slice of pizza and a snickers ice cream bar
Dinner: Italian sub, chips, 12 oz Centennial IPA, ice cream sandwiches
Yuh.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, a little extra walking. Tired.
