Breakfast: Lazy bagels w plain cream cheese, coffee
Yeah. Tasty but zero sticking power and not much better for satiety.
Lunch: Jersey Mike's #56, salt and vinegar chips, no bake cookies
Fat.
Dinner: TB volcano burrito, 2x chipotle chx burrito
Meh.
Exercise: 18 holes w cart, little extra walking. Tired.
