Forget Intermittent Fasting

I'm living with intermittent sleeping.

Last night wasn't terrible.  I woke up at 4:30 to dispose of some liquid, but did get some additional sleep.  I could have slept longer (up at 7:10) but was just sitting on the couch and that's not ever going to produce a long stretch.  

Breakfast:  Leftover deluxe pizza, coffee

Had planned otherwise, but I was actually hungry.

Lunch:  2x McDouble, later had 2x TB chipotle chx burrito, volcano taco

Uh.

Dinner:   Steak, salad, a few chips, 12 oz Miller Lite, butter pecan ice cream

Kept quantities in check due to the snack.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart.  Some walking.  I am now rather wiped out.
