Sigh. Not good. Just not focused on the eating issues.
Maybe I'll start to do better this weekend. I'll probably be spending it at home as it's supposed to be very wintry for most of the next 10 days. I do not like driving in winter and we really can't go that many places anyway ... at least I'm not going to. No reason to take chances.
Breakfast: 2 slices sharp cheddar, coffee
Lunch: 2x CFA spicy, fries, Diet Dr Pepper, DQ reeses blizzard (meh)
Dinner: Sack of Taco Bell, Sierra Mist
Exercise: LOL no
