Yikes.  It was a rough week on the food front, fast food and soda.  This weekend isn't shaping up to be any better either.  Need to get cracking here, golf season is only a couple months away.

Breakfast:  Butterilk pancakes w butter and maple syrup, 4 strips thick cut bacon, grapefruit, glass of whole milk, coffee


Delicious.  Oh yeah, and I cleaned up an open package of peanut M&Ms.  Doh.

Lunch:  Leftover pepperoni ham pizza, Coke, Late July bacon habanero chips


One of the better reheat jobs I've had lately.

Dinner:  Culvers mushroom and swiss burger, fries w ketchup, Dr Pepper, Hudsonville mint chip ice cream

Exercise:  Nope.

Lunch:  CFA 2x spicy, fries, Dr. Pepper

Dinner:  BK 2x Whopper, nuggets, Sprite, peanut M&Ms

Lunch:  Sack of McDonalds, Dr Pepper

Dinner:  Sack of TB, sierria mist
