Is It The Fatness

As the snoring has gotten louder and more pronounced (according the app anyway) I muse, it is the fatness?  The sugar?  Poor physical condition?  Lousy air quality?  Overly soft mattress via foam topper?  What combination of those?  It's not alcohol since I haven't had any.  Could be dairy. 

Just wondering.

Anyway, another day.  At least the weight didn't spike after another awful day of eating.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, 4 strips bacon, 2 slices homemade toast w butter, grapefruit, glass of whole milk, coffee


Honestly I like breakfast better with hash browns.

Lunch:  Culver's mushroom swiss burger, fries w ketchup, Dr. Pepper

Snack:  Chips and cheddar ranch dip, Coke

Dinner:  Chili w jala cheese oyster crackers and avocado, jala cheddar corn muffin, salad with lemon-olive oil dressing, brownie with vanilla ice cream

Exercise:  Nope.  Moderately active.
