Another week. Was very tired this morning. Snoring has definitely been quite a bit worse lately. I need to eat a lot less in the evenings. It's a mental thing.
Breakfast: 2 slices sharp cheddar, coffee
Lunch: McD 2x chbg, 2x dbl chbg, fries, Dr Pepper
Dinner: 2x mexican 3x american taco, Coke, choc chip cookies
Exercise: Nope
