Breakfast: Leftover pancakes with butter and maple syrup, 4 strips bacon, grapefruit, whole milk, coffee
Lunch: TB bacon club chalupa, 2x soft taco, beef burrito, Sierra Mist
Snack: Meijer spicy guac tortilla chips, Coke
Dinner: Beef stew, garlic bread, mini cherry pie w vanilla ice cream
Exercise: Nope. Modest activity. In bad shape.
