I was surprised not to take a hit for yesterday, I mean I ate way too much and expended zero energy last evening. Stayed up too late doing nothing, but at least I slept fine. And I wasn't up. Weird.
But good.
Breakfast: 2 slices sharp cheddar, coffee
Lunch: Leftover chop suey casserole, dill pickle, Diet Dr Pepper cherry
Glad to be finished, needed more oven time really to be ideal. Couldn't eat all of it.
Dinner: Pizza Hut detroit style pepperoni pizza
Tried it, it was pretty good.
Exercise: Nope. Fat and lazy.
