I suppose that I had a bit more pep today, which is a good thing. Now if I can just go to bed at a reasonable hour, that would be swell. That remains to be seen, however.
Breakfast: Pumpkin bread with butter, coffee
Once again forgot to take a photo. Looks like I'll have enough left for both tomorrow and Friday, too. Now I just need to remember to take out more butter.
Lunch: A little leftover chicken soup-style, bread with butter, 2 slices sharp cheddar, Fage TruBlend yogurt
I didn't eat much at all of the soup, it just wasn't as good. Last time I ate it over mashed potatoes with way less broth and it was delicious. Weird. So instead I ate more bread and butter -- it was quite stale, Saturday bake to Wednesday is asking a lot -- and tried the yogurt, which was good.
Dinner: Ham, salami and cheese sub, garlic bread w cheese and pizza sauce, rice krispie treat
Was hungry, now am stuffed. Not an ideal choice.
Exercise: Nope.
