Breakfast: McD sausage biscuit, hash browns, coffee, slice of pumpkin bread with butter
Lunch: Jimmy Johns #7, salt and vinegar chips, little christmas cookies
Dinner: Italian beef sandwich, fries, some assorted holiday treats
Exercise: Nope.
