Another sluggish morning.  No surprise.  Sleep issues are bad.

Breakfast:  Almond banket pastry, coffee

Lunch:  2x McD cheeseburger, McChicken, large Coke

Dinner:  2x McD cheeseburger, McChicken, large Coke

Also:  Choc drizzled caramel corn

Exercise:  Not really.  Moved more stuff, quite active in the evening, but it doesn't count.
