Breakfast:  McD sausage biscuit, coffee

Lunch:  Jimmy Johns italian night club, salt & vinegar chips

Dinner:  Taco bell cravings box, chicken burrito, empanada, lemonade

Exercise:  Nope

So hard to snap out of it

Breakfast:  Italian frittata, raisin toast, coffee

Lunch:  Pretzel crisps

Dinner:  ham and cheese sanwiches, potato salad, a couple chips, choc cake w vanilla ice cream

Also:  2 McD cheeseburgers, lg Hi-C

Exercise:  18 holes with cart

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, bacon, hash browns, raisin toast, coffee

Lunch;  Slim gem sandwich, fries, 12 oz pale ale, 12 oz PBR, 12 oz Miller Lite

Dinner:  McD cheeseburgers, Hi-C, apple pies, 4 pc chicken mcnuggets w sweet n sour

Exercise:  18 holes with cart
