Lunch; Slim gem sandwich, fries, 12 oz pale ale, 12 oz PBR, 12 oz Miller Lite
Dinner: McD cheeseburgers, Hi-C, apple pies, 4 pc chicken mcnuggets w sweet n sour
Exercise: 18 holes with cart
