Breakfat:  McD sausage biscuit, sausage burrito, coffee, choc frosted donut

Lunch:  Italian beef sandwich, fries

Dinner:  Ham, salami and cheese hoagie, salad with ranch, 12 oz Miller Lite

Also:  Culvers mint oreo shake

Exercise:  9 poky holes with cart

Lunch:  Qdoba brisket bowl w chips

Dinner:  Culvers bacon deluxe, fries, mint oreo shake
