Dinner:  Steak, crossaint, cheese and crackers, 24 oz All Day IPA

Also:  Fritos, 32 oz grape powerade

Dinner:  Wings, 24 oz Labatt Blue

Exercise:  40 minutes core/cardio, 9 holes with cart
