Breakfast:  Coffee

Lunch:  2 Culvers double cheeseburgers, mint oreo shake, a couple tortilla chips

Dinner:  Steak, corn, salad w thousand island, blueberry pie w ice cream, 12 oz miller lite

Also:  2 mcD cheeseburgers, large Hi C orange, 12 oz Labatt blue

Exercise:  18 holes with cart.  Knees are beat.

Lunch:  Italian beef sandwich, fries, brownie

Dinner:  Deluxe pizza, salad with italian, ~24 oz Labatt Blue

Exercise:  9 holes with cart
