Dinner: Steak, corn, salad w thousand island, blueberry pie w ice cream, 12 oz miller lite
Also: 2 mcD cheeseburgers, large Hi C orange, 12 oz Labatt blue
Exercise: 18 holes with cart. Knees are beat.
