Breakfast: Tim Hortons bacon bagel sandwich, vanilla creme donut, coffee
Lunch: Qdoba brisket bowl with chips
Dinner: Tacos, 36 oz Miller Lite, Oatmeal raisin cookies
Also: 3 McD cheeseburgers, large Hi-C
Exercise: 40 minutes core, shoulders, cardio; 9 holes with cart
If I didn't eat 8,000 calories of garbage I might lose some weight.
