Breakfast:  McD sausage biscuit, sausage burrito, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken bowl with chips

Dinner:  Subway 12" meatball, chips, lemonade

Dessert:  LD apple pies

Exercise:  40 minutes core and shoulders.  worked HARD.  High cardio effort
