OK For Reals Guys

Welp.

I have been taking epic fail to a whole new level.  Eating thousands upon thousands of unnecessary calories.  And it needs to stop.  Been feeling not so good.  Oh, and I've gained a bunch of weight.  So here we go.  Again.  This time, for reals.

I have a long way to go to reach my goal.  And this time I really want to make a lifestyle change.  I simply have to accept that I can't stuff my face.  Can't eat all the crap all the time.  Let's do it.

Breakfast:  2 slices sharp cheddar, coffee  (185 calories)

Lunch:  1/2 or so of a homemade pizza (725 calories - might be a bit conservative)

Snack:  2 Taco Bell shredded chicken burritos (820 calories),  a few chips and some onion dip (400 calories)

Yeah, I didn't eat quite enough at lunch.  I should have grabbed some additional protein.  It was just a little too long until dinner.

Dinner:  4 homemade pork soft tacos (corn tortillas, CF ground pork, homemade taco seasoning, Herdez salsa verde, sour cream, hot sauce)  (650 calories)

Hey, something new!  
This was a pretty random concoction.  I am out of ground beef, so I used the package of ground pork I had on hand.  I had some homemade taco seasoning left.  I had the other stuff.  Tomorrow I might chop up some lettuce and tomato or add cheese.  But any way you slice it this was quite good!

Day total:  2,780 calories.  Grade:  FAIL.

Exercise:  None.  Possibly the coldest morning of the year.  Frigid.  Plus I was tired and wasn't yet committed to doing this.
