No pictures today, unfortunately. Also: I was hungry. On the plus side, I felt notably better this morning, fewer aches and pains. It's just a theory but I do think I physically feel better when I don't eat sugar. Now if I can get fully in gear and pair that with some weight loss and life will be good.
Breakfast: 2 slices sharp cheddar, coffee (185 calories)
Snack: Salt bagel with veggie cream cheese, coffee (400 calories)
Lunch: 3 egg omelet with bacon, cream cheese, avocado, onion; sourdough toast with butter, coffee (900 calories)
Dinner: Pork tacos. Same as yesterday, except I upped the tortilla count to 6 for an extra 100 calories and added lettuce. Went a little easier on the sour cream too. (750 calories)
Dessert: 2 slices sourdough toast with Meijer natural peanut butter (370 calories)
Total calories: 2605. A little high but not too awful. Way too much starch though!
Exercise: Shoveled snow for about 40 minutes. Got the heart rate up, I'm counting it
